We offer two ways to create your desired gemstone, either by working on your provided gemstone rough or by using our own raw material. Our expert team of gemstone specialists will ensure that your cabochons, faceted stones, and beads are created exactly to your specifications. Step 1
Option 1: You send us the image or sample piece for the Gemstone you want to create & we will source the rough at our end.
Option 2: You ship us your Gemstone Rough for Custom manufacturing.
Step 4
After sample approval, we will proceed with the complete production and finish the order as per terms dicussed. We will share pictures or videos, if required for any more clarifications during the manufacturing process.
Step 2
We will quote you an approximate price range, if we are working with option 1. If your rough, then will quote making per carat price. Will send you the proforma invoice. Upon 30% upfront payment we will start working on your order.
Step 5
Upon completion we will share the images and videos ofyour finished gemstones. Once you are satisfied, we will send you the final Invoice. You can make the balance payment.
Step 3
We will first make a sample for your approval and to quote you exact price per carat for your gemstone.
If we are working on your supplied rough, we will show you the sample made as quote is not applicable.
Step 6
Once we receive the balance payment, we will process the packaging. Shipping will be done within 2 working days.
